EnCase® Lab Edition Requirements
This is where all of the processing will take place. It will be important to have the most robust features on your Lab machine.
Database Considerations
EnCase Lab Edition is compatible with most ADO-compatible databases, including Microsoft SQL Server 2005, MySQL, and PostGRESQL. We do not recommend running EnCase Lab Edition with a Microsoft Access database.
Concurrent Seat System Requirements
Lab Edition is designed to be used by anyone with network access to the Lab Edition server. All interaction
with the evidence is accomplished through the Lab Edition interface and any of the supported web browsers below.
