Topic: The Etiquette of Being Deposed If you are a practitioner of Digital Forensics, there will come the day when you are handed a subpoena. Soon thereafter, you will find yourself being deposed as to your part in the litigation that is underway. This session is designed to prepare you for what to expect during that deposition. There is a distinct etiquette in how depositions proceed and how you should interact with the other participants in both verbal and non-verbal ways. The better you understand this etiquette, the more you will find yourself able to focus on the matter for which you were subpoenaed. This presentation is based on Andy's first hand experiences of being deposed during several of his past criminal and civil forensic assignments.
