Shawn McCreight
Chairman and Chief Technology Officer |

Shawn McCreight founded Guidance Software, Inc. in November 1997 and has served
as Chairman of the Board of Directors since its inception. From January 2003 to
present he has served as Chairman and Chief Technology Officer. Prior to January
2003, he served as Founder and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. McCreight has extensive
experience in the designing and developing of software programs and applications,
and was the principal developer of our EnCase® software. Mr. McCreight received
a B.A. in Physics from the University of California at Berkeley.

Victor Limongelli
President and Chief Executive Officer |

As President and Chief Executive Officer, Victor Limongelli is responsible for strategic planning and
initiatives, making recommendations to the Board of Directors, of which he is a
member, and managing the company's growth mission and operational objectives. He
has overall responsibility for implementing and administering the vision, mission
and strategic plan of Guidance Software, under direction from the board.
Prior to his appointment as CEO, Victor Limongelli led Guidance Software's worldwide
operations as the company's President and is credited with formulating and overseeing its highly-successful eDiscovery strategy.
Previously, he served as General Counsel and Vice President of Professional Services.
As Vice President of Professional Services, he oversaw the company's renowned computer
investigation team, providing incident response and computer forensic services to
corporate, government and legal clients worldwide.
Limongelli joined Guidance Software as its General Counsel, where he specialized
in legal issues involving privacy, incident response and digital evidence. He has
written numerous white papers and articles on statutes, regulations, case law, and
industry standards governing information security, and has spoken at many notable
conferences.
Prior to his in-house experience, Limongelli was associated with the national law
firm of Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP, where his practice was technology company-focused,
with particular emphasis on licensing and venture capital. His accomplishments with
the firm include arguing (and winning) a case before the Third Circuit Court of
Appeals. He received his J.D. degree from Columbia University School of Law, where
he was a James Kent Scholar, and his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College.

John Patzakis, Esq.
Vice Chairman and Chief Strategy Officer |

John Patzakis is responsible for working with the management team to create and execute strategic initiatives at Guidance Software.
He joined Guidance Software at the end of 1999 as General Counsel and held the position of President and CEO from 2001 to 2004. While President and CEO, he doubled revenue annually and led the company's highly successful launch of its EnCase® Enterprise solution. Following that he held the position of Chief Legal Officer.
Prior to Guidance Software, Patzakis practiced law for eight years in Los Angeles, focusing
on business litigation and technology law. Patzakis received his Juris Doctorate from
Santa Clara University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the
University of Southern California. Patzakis frequently lectures and is
extensively published on computer forensics, electronic evidence and corporate governance issues.
He is author of the EnCase Legal Journal, a widely read publication focusing on issues surrounding
computer forensics and electronic evidence. Patzakis is a member of the Sedona Conference,
The National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD).

Frank Sansone, C.P.A.
Chief Financial Officer |

As Chief Financial Officer, Sansone oversees the company's worldwide financial planning
and analysis, accounting, treasury and tax functions, bringing his 15 years of financial
management experience in the technology industry to bear. He joined Guidance Software
in 2002 as the company began shifting its focus toward external sales and an Initial
Public Offering, and he was soon appointed Vice President of Finance.
Prior to joining Guidance Software, Sansone was a Director and Vice President of
Finance for Aspen Technology (NASDAQ: AZPN) where he led the revenue department
and played a key role in its Mergers and Acquisitions group. He served as Petrolsoft
Corporation's Vice President of Finance where he built an organization that ultimately
was acquired by Aspen Technology. Before joining Petrolsoft Corporation, Sansone
directed services for Fortune 500 and middle market companies at PricewaterhouseCoopers
where he developed extensive experience in SEC reporting and initial public offerings.
He also led due diligence assignments for mergers and acquisitions ranging from
multimillion-dollar cash acquisitions to hundred-million-dollar public company combinations.
Sansone is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor's degree in accountancy
from the University of La Verne.

Sheldon Feinland
Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales |

Sheldon Feinland is Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and is responsible for all sales
worldwide. Since joining Guidance in June 2004, he has been responsible for growing
sales over 200% in the North American Commercial and Federal Markets. Feinland joined
Guidance Software from Mantas, Inc., a compliance software company, where he served
as Vice President of Sales for the Americas and was responsible for more than $20
million in revenue. Prior to Mantas, Feinland served in a variety of senior sales
management roles with numerous software companies. During his 18-year tenure at
Comshare, Feinland played key roles in growing revenues from under $10 million to
more than $35 million. While there, he served in a variety of capacities, including
Vice president of Eastern Operations and Vice President of Consumer Goods. He received
his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from the University
of New York at Albany.

Larry Stinson
Vice President of Risk Auditing |

Larry Stinson manages and identifies areas of risk and audits our practices. He
also oversees our Operations Department.
Stinson's wealth of experience in law enforcement, IT knowledge and conducting internal
computer investigations has contributed greatly to company growth and advancement.
Instrumental in the development of Guidance Software's extensive training program,
Stinson educated countless corporate and law enforcement computer investigators
and greatly expanded EnCase training curriculum and materials. On the development
side, Stinson shaped the strict security precautions involving network-based forensic
investigations for EnCase Enterprise. He also led the introduction of FastBloc,
a write-blocking hardware accessory used during media acquisition.
Stinson has more than 20 years of law enforcement experience. From 1997 to 2000,
he held a lead role at the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Computer Crimes Unit supervising
a team of forensic investigators. He is a member of High Technology Crime Investigation
Association (HTCIA), a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and is an EnCase Certified
Examiner.

Ken Basore, EECS, EnCE, FBI-CART
Vice President of Research and Development |

Ken Basore serves as Vice President of Research and Development for Guidance Software.
A 20-year veteran of law enforcement and a seven-year expert in computer forensics,
he directs the development of the company's software products and supervises the
Research, EnScript, QA and Technical Support departments. In his career, Basore
has overseen nearly 1,500 investigations and has extensive experience in the development
and operation of computer forensic laboratories. His investigations have included
financial crimes, narcotics, child exploitation, homicide and terrorism, and he
has testified as an expert in both computer forensic investigations and computer
forensic laboratory policies and procedures.
A police officer for 17 years, Ken Basore was responsible for the development of
the first Regional Computer Forensics Laboratory in San Diego, California where
he supervised 16 investigators from various federal, state and local law enforcement
facilities. In 2001, Basore won the "Police Officer of the Year" award from the
El Cajon, California Police Department.
Basore is a certified Electronic Evidence Collection Specialist, a Federal Bureau
of Investigation-Computer Analysis Response Team (CART) forensic examiner and an
EnCase Certified Examiner. He is also a member of the High Technology Crime and
Investigation Association (HTCIA) and the International Association of Computer
Investigative Specialists (IACIS).

Sandy Gyenes
Vice President of Human Resources |

Sandy Gyenes leads the company's worldwide Human Resources responsibilities, working
closely with the senior management team on strategic and functional workforce issues.
Additionally, Gyenes is responsible for the company's organizational culture, including
succession planning, performance improvement strategies, employee motivation and
reward systems.
Gyenes brings more than 20 years of Human Resources leadership in a variety of industries.
Prior to joining Guidance Software, she was the Executive Director of Human Resources
for American Golf Corporation with responsibility for 350 public and private golf
courses and clubs, employing 27,000 employees worldwide. Her experience includes
all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, organizational development,
employee relations, compliance, policy development, compensation and benefits.
Gyenes is a Loyola Marymount University graduate with a bachelor's degree in Behavioral
Science/Sociology.

Michael Gurzi
Senior Vice President, Operations and EnScript Development |

A founding member of the Guidance Software professional services team, Senior Vice President of Operations and EnScript Development, Mike Gurzi, is a 25-year law enforcement veteran integral
to enterprise investigation management for clients. Prior to joining Guidance Software,
Gurzi spent four years as a trainer in forensic technology and methodology for the
company, educating hundreds of students.
Gurzi was an investigator with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department for more
than 10 years, where he specialized in both financial and computer crimes. Before
retiring, he was promoted to Sergeant and spent three years as a special assignment
team supervisor.
Recognized as an expert in computer forensics, identity theft, credit card counterfeiting
as well as software and hardware piracy, Gurzi has been called upon to testify in
numerous felony cases. Gurzi holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice Administration from
California State University, Long Beach and is an EnCase Certified Examiner.

Jessica Bair
Vice President of Professional Services |

As Vice President of Professional Services, Jessica Bair is responsible for overseeing more than 50 team members in Guidance Software’s Professional Services offices, including Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Houston, Washington, DC, Chicago, Atlanta and international operations.
Bair has been with Guidance Software since 2001, and previously held roles including director level positions in Training and Professional Development, Research and Development and in Marketing and Business Development before joining Professional Services.
A former US Army CID Special Agent, Bair has focused on complex computer investigations since the late-1990s. Bair received Federal Law Enforcement Training Center credentials in Seized Computer and Evidence Recovery and Network Investigations. Bair co-created Guidance Software’s EnCase Certified Examiner program, and is a Certified Computer Crime Investigator and a Certified Computer Forensic Technician.
Bair holds a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in strategic planning and ethical leadership from Pepperdine University, and was inducted into the Beta Sigma Gamma International Business Honor Society. Bair also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in public administration from the Roger Williams University.

Mark Harrington, Esq.
Corporate Secretary and General Counsel |

As Corporate Secretary and General Counsel, Mark E. Harrington oversees worldwide legal responsibility for
the Company. He brings fifteen years of business and legal experience to the position,
having held previous senior management and legal positions in the software and technology
industry. In addition to his legal responsibilities, Mr. Harrington often lectures
at colleges, industry conferences and has written on a wide range of legal issues
relating to business law, mergers and acquisitions, protecting corporate assets
and intellectual property.
Previously, Mr. Harrington held the position of Associate General Counsel, where
he managed a variety of legal matters including licensing, insurance, intellectual
property, export compliance, marketing, litigation and general corporate activities.
Prior to joining Guidance Software, Mr. Harrington was a Senior Attorney at Intel
Corporation where he worked on complex intellectual property agreements, mergers
and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Previously, Mr. Harrington worked
on electronic discovery and litigation matters for the law firm of Munger, Tolles
and Olson in Los Angeles.
Mr. Harrington received baccalaureate degree from the University of California,
Los Angeles and his Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern University School of
Law. He is an Adjunct Faculty member of the Los Angeles Community College District
and Vice President of the Southern California Chapter of the Association of Corporate
Counsel.

Al Hobbs

Al Hobbs serves as Vice President of Professional Development and Training Operations
for Guidance Software. With 25 years of experience as a retired detective working with local, county, state
and federal investigations and 9 years of experience conducting computer-based criminal
and civil investigations, Hobbs oversees the growth of Guidance Software’s worldwide
forensics training operations. He is an internationally recognized expert in the
field of computer forensics and digital investigations and has frequently been called
upon to provide expert witness testimony at both the state and federal level.
Since joining Guidance Software, Hobbs has served in many roles such as “Master
Instructor” where he personally trained thousands of computer forensics professionals
from major corporations and all levels of government throughout the world; “Course
Developer” in which he designed cutting-edge training in the ever changing world
of digital investigations and “Director of Midwest Business Development” where he
was responsible for building relationships throughout the United States and Japan.
Hobbs has received numerous police awards during his L.E. career from various agencies.
Included among these is the Award of Valor, Police Officer of the Year, Illinois
Heroism (EMS) Award and numerous Outstanding Performance, Distinguished Service
awards and Commendations.
In addition to his B.A. in criminal justice, Hobbs holds or has held past membership
and positions in; the Forensic Association of Computer Technologists (FACT), the
Wisconsin Association of Computer Crime Investigators (WACCI), the Minnesota Electronic
Crimes Investigators Association (MECIA), and the High Technology Crime Investigation
Association (HTCIA). Hobbs holds computer forensic certifications with EnCE (EnCase
Certified Computer Examiner) being among them, and has published numerous white
papers through computer forensic training organizations.

Larry Gill
Vice President of Marketing |

As Vice President of Marketing for Guidance Software, Larry Gill is responsible
for directing the company's worldwide marketing functions. In this role he oversees
all aspects of press and media relations, marketing communications, corporate branding
and messaging, international marketing, channel partner management, marketing programs,
and corporate creative services.
Prior to joining Guidance Software, he served as Marketing Director for Aspen Technology
Inc. (NASDAQ: AZPN) where he developed the go-to-market strategy for a diverse line
of enterprise software products and supporting professional services. In his six
years with AspenTech, he held a variety of director-level roles that spanned the
functions of business development, technical product management and industry product
marketing. He joined AspenTech through the acquisition of Petrolsoft Inc., a privately
held software technology company, where he served as the Vice President of Marketing
and Sales. During his tenure with Petrolsoft Inc. he hired, trained and led a global
sales and marketing organization, expanding operations into both EMEA and APAC,
and the company was twice recognized by Inc. 500 as one of the fastest growing privately
held companies in America. Prior to this, Gill was a top-performing sales and marketing
manager with Oce-USA, Inc. and was also a two time combat veteran serving as a Captain
in the United States Marine Corps. Gill is certified with Pragmatic Marketing and
holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado.
