International Information Systems Security Consortium, Inc (ISC)2 accepts Guidance Software courses as credit toward meeting the Continuing Professional Education requirements to maintain the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and the System Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) designations.
National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA)
National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) Guidance Software, Inc. is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE)
Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) accepts Guidance Software courses as credit toward meeting the annual CPE requirements to maintain the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designation.
High Tech Crime Network -Guidance Software
High Tech Crime Network -Guidance Software is an authorized training provider for the High Tech Crime Network (HTCN). Guidance Software courses count toward training requirements for the following HTCN certifications: Certified Computer Forensic Technician, Certified Computer Crime Investigator, Certified Computer Crime Prosecutor, and Certified Computer Crime Attorney.
The State Bar of California, Office of Certification
The State Bar of California, Office of Certification approved Guidance Software courses (Pasadena, CA facility only) for twenty-three (23) Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) credit hours issued by The State Bar of California.
Texas Commission on Law Enforcement
Texas Commission on Law Enforcement approved Guidance Software courses for Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officer Standards and Education (TCLEOSE) credits that assist law enforcement officers maintain Peace Officer certification. Credit is only offered to students who attend courses held at CyberEvidence in Houston, TX.
EnCE® Certification Program
Intermediate level Guidance Software courses meet the training requirement for the EnCase® Certified Examiner (EnCE®) designation. Additional Guidance Software courses are credited toward the EnCE® training requirement.
