Passports are transferable only under the passport transfer program
Passports are valid only at Guidance-owned training facilities in Pasadena, CA (Los Angeles, CA); Houston, TX*; Rosemont, IL (Chicago, IL); Dulles, VA (Washington DC) and Slough, UK.
Passport may be used for any GSI course, provided that the prerequisites are met.
Passport may be used for any of our OnDemand classes, provided that the holder meets the course prerequisites. Each OnDemand course may be taken one time only. Students may only be concurrently enrolled in two OnDemand classes.
Passports do not cover certification testing fees.
All purchases are final, and there are no refunds or exchanges.
