- Support - Three years of support and software upgrades with the Premium License Support Program
- Training - One, 32-hour Guidance Software training course. Review our list of training courses online, then call to reserve your spot in class. All classes must be taken at Guidance Software facilities. This program does not include courses offered by our Authorized Training Partners Forensic Data Recovery, Digital Intelligence, Dimension Data or The Peter Kiewit Institute.
- Hardware - One computer, either a laptop or a desktop, specifically designed by Forensic Computers
Law enforcement agencies, either local or government, also have the option of purchasing the Arsenal loaded with network-enabled EnCase® Field Intelligence Model software. This lets agencies conduct covert investigations across networks without having to disrupt business operations or expose the agency to liability.
