| | The Pay-Per-Use program is designed to align with the way clients currently pay for eDiscovery investigations, through operating budgets on a per case, per gigabyte basis. Clients can also seek insurance reimbursement for the use of EnCase eDiscovery software on a specific case, or use internal department charge-backs, as each eDiscovery collection can be paid for with the case's original departmental budget.
There are no large scale up front capital expenditures required to take advantage of the Pay-Per-Use pricing option. Clients will not be charged at all for the amount of data collected, they will only pay for the number of data stores searched, and the amount of data processed and exported to load files. |
